Ideal for sightseeing, this hotel provided a clean room and efficient service. The room featured good storage, and the shower, while powerful, leaked. staff were friendly, but my personal towel went missing despite prompt reporting. Ensure communication on service limitations at check-in.

The room was cozy and equipped with a free Handy phone for exploring the area and excellent WiFi. I particularly appreciated the powerful shower that kept the morning routine refreshing.

On arrival, the check-in process was chaotic, with confusion over room pricing that resulted in an unsettling argument, leaving us stressed rather than relaxed. The room itself felt outdated, with signs of wear like ragged curtains and dirty floors. we had to navigate through a narrow elevator that only accommodated one person at a time, which was cumbersome, especially when lugging bags. The exits to the rooms required going outside, which wasn't ideal in poor weather. I also noticed cleanliness issues, like short hairs on the bedding and unemptied bins. it left me wanting something more comfortable and better maintained.

I enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. This made getting around the city a breeze. The room was basic but clean, offering a comfortable bed and adequate amenities. Although I had no issues with the air conditioning, one downside was the tiny elevator. It felt like a game of Tetris trying to fit myself and my luggage inside, so I often took the stairs. The breakfast had a good variety, but it could get quite busy. On my last day, I noticed some cleanliness issues, like some short hairs on the bedding upon check-in, which made me uncomfortable. Front desk service wasn't always up to par. While one receptionist made an effort, another was quite dismissive and unhelpful.

The hotel is in a perfect area, super close to a train station which makes it easy to travel anywhere. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms were clean with everything I needed. Plus, the abundant breakfast options provided a delicious start to my day.

The only downside was the small size of the elevator, which could be a hassle at times.

Excellent hotel with nice amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped with my elderly parents, which I remember fondly. I recommend requesting assistance with luggage for peaceful travels. I'm coming back for a weekend.
